Sprouts Room, for 18 months - 2 years

Our Sprouts room has been designed to cater to children aged 18 months to 2 years. We transition the babies into this room once they are taking confident steps, communicating with gestures, clear babbling and singular words.
Similar to the Seedling room, we have toys available at ground level and at standing height. There is lots of focus on singular word communication and following a one step instruction so the children can confidently access their curriculum. The practitioners prepare lots of sensory play to encourage exploration and wonder. The children also have access to role play stations, a reading area, maths opportunities and mark making.
